Prof Dr ROSLAN has more than 30 years experience in International Business and Research Works mainly in Information Technology, Global Forestry and Strategic Management. Currently he is the Dean of Faculty of MIIT, Universiti Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

His experience includes significant numbers of years serving at the United Nations in New York, ASEAN Institute of Forest Management and International Tropical Timber Association in Japan and the Netherlands. Prof Dr Roslan had completed various assignments and strategic research works for global institutions in Asia, Europe and North America. As to date, he had published more than 50 research papers which are being used by global organizations and universities throughout the world. Prof Dr Roslan is still active in international strategic management activities covering Asia Pacific, Central Asia and Europe.

FATIMAH ABD WAHAB

FATIMAH Abd Wahab has more than 20 years experience in Audit, Insurance, Real Estate and Construction covering technical and financial expertise of the industries. Currently she is the Group Chief Operating Officer of Country Heights Holdings Berhad, a premium property developer in Malaysia and overseas.

Prior to joining Country Heights, she served as Group COO at Maju Group and MK Land Holdings Berhad, having secured and completed various major projects in excess of RM1.0 billion. Her extensive background in Finance, Audit and Risk Management dated back to 1989 when she was an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young. She subsequently moved to insurance industry in 1993 as an Internal Audit Manager and in 2001 she was promoted to Deputy General Manager at Nusantara Worldwide Insurance Berhad. She later joined MNI Insurance Berhad as Vice President, Corporate & Financial Services before entering into real estate and construction industry in 2005.

She joined MK Land Holdings Berhad as Group Internal Auditor and rose up to become Chief Operating Officer of the Group in 2008. Fatimah contributes her experience and depth knowledge to ACGL’s business activities mainly in audit, risk and real estate sector.

CHEW has more than 18 years’ experience in audit, business consulting, finance and accounting in public listed companies and international accounting firms. He served in RHB, Arthur Anderson and PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Weida (M) Berhad.

Currently he is the Executive Director member of the Board of Directors of Weida. Chew’s international experiences include managing projects and handling business transactions in South East Asia, Syria, the Philippines and China.

MAKSIM Tafintcev has vast of experiences in legal practice and international laws, providing legal services to U.S, European and Middle Eastern companies in connection with their investment in Russia and former Soviet countries. Mr Maksim is the Chairman of Arab European Lawyers Association, Member of IBA (International Bar Association), Adviser of Committee of the support of the President of the Russian Federation (Switzerland) and Member La Chambre de Commerce (Luxembourg).

Currently he is the Chairman of Russia House International Lawyers, a reputable legal firm based in Moscow, Russia.

DZULKARNAIN has more than 25 years experience in hospitality industry covering South East Asia and the Middle East. He started his career in hospitality industry from rank & file level until he reached the current position, General Manager of 5-Star Ramada Hotel in Taif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). He is also overseeing the daily operations of hotels in Makkah KSA under a Saudi conglomerate which owns 25 hotels.

Since March 2009, Dzulkarnain was tasked to lead the Business Development of Al-Massa Hotels and Ramada KSA in East Asia carrying the title of Director Business Development for Asia Pacific. Dzulkarnain had successfully secured 60% market-mix for Al-Massa and Ramada KSA to have bigger groups of Haj and Umrah pilgrims from South East Asian region.

Throughout his career, Dzulkarnain had held various positions in reputable hotel companies namely Pan Pacific Hotel Group, Meritus Group of Hotels, Hilton and Sri Bayu Pangkor. Dzulkarnain is currently residing in Makkah, frequently traveling between South East Asia and the Middle East. He is also appointed on the Board of Directors of ACG Land Sdn Bhd and ACG Hospitality & Tourism Sdn Bhd. Dzulkarnain speaks fluent English and Arabic languages. He had attended Summer Course at the prestigious Cornell University USA in 1993.
